This has nothing to do with the shopping portal. JetBlue is doing this as an affiliate reward, not through a third party portal.

As for the shopping portals you are referring to,
Jetblue uses Points International (Points.com) for their shopping portal, slower, but posts reliably.
American uses Cartera for their shopping portal, faster but could be unreliable at click tracking.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if Points International has a specific posting schedule?

I am guessing this simply amazing generous deal isn't going to last. Everyone who has an amazon promo gets shut down pretty quickly. Thing is there are sooooo many resellers on amazon who just pump the heck out of promos like this.

In the last couple years we saw this- hawaiian airlines portal dropped amazon, giving assistant had an amazing 5% cash back deal which was shut down, mileageplus x at one point had 3x amazon miles/dollar....that went to 2, and then 1, and now a pitiful .5 miles per dollar capped at 1000$ per day.

I know I am making a ton of miles thanks to this deal. But, I'm guessing like the rest of the amazon earning opportunities, this won't last that long.

Hope I am wrong though!

I think a few people tried contacting Amazon. Has anybody actually gotten any miles?

The earliest posting would be in about 10 days from now. Calling JetBlue before then would be fairly useless. Calling Amazon would be completely useless.

Also a waste of time.

Does anyone believe that JetBlue is just sitting on the points and not issuing them into accounts because they're bored or something?

I don't know how these actually work, so this is my speculation.

Jetblue doesn't want to deal with clawing back points for returned items, and the 60 days may get them outside of the return window.

Could it be that simple? I've never looked into how portals actually work.

Do nothing. Just wait. It's not even 60 days since the promo started.

As stated in the Terms and Conditions:
Terms & Conditions
In order to earn TrueBlue points for shopping on Amazon, you need to sign into your TrueBlue account and use your unique link. Once signed in, you can earn 3 TrueBlue points for every $1 spent on Amazon on any eligible item. To see list of items excluded from earning points see above. Points will be posted at least 60 days after the item is shipped.
It says "at least" and not "within" so unless this is what it said all along, they might have changed it. This also means that it definitely will not post until at least 60 days have passed since shipping.

Changed.

The version available from archive.org says "Points will be posted 60 days after item is shipped." I do not see a version that explicitly says "within 60 days" but maybe that happened, too.

Either way, this more closely aligns with my expectations based on when I receive purchase/affiliate reports from Amazon.

I just got off the phone with their customer service. When I mentioned Amazon she said that they were recently advised that because it was a new partner integration that it will likely take longer than the 60 days mentioned. She said to give it another 30 days but it could be sooner. She also said that they do not have any information on whether or not my purchases registered.
