TrueBlue Points from Amazon while Flying JetBlue
How long does it take for the points to show up? I've flown 3 Jetblue round trips since July 12th and bought a bunch of stuff including during Amazon Prime Days and haven't seen a single point of it show up in my TrueBlue account. Anyone else notice this?

JetBlue stopped the promo for shopping anywhere. The promo still exists if you shop while on their inflight wifi.
Getting it to work/credit is a different story. I complained and complained and got a lot of pushback before they simply comped me 1,000 points and called it a day.

Once they stopped supporting the normal 3x via the portal, the service level dropped even further. I made an inflight purchase 4 months ago and I have not seen it post. It was only about 200 points so I didn't bother following up.

I am waiting on over 1000 points to post from a flight the beginning of July. I probably would let it go if it were fewer points. Jetblue customer service said they could not help me and that I should talk to amazon, and when I asked if there was someone they could connect me with, they said they had no information other than what was on the amazon website. I then spoke with amazon, and two customer service reps had no idea about the program with Jetblue and no idea how to help me. They suggested I speak with Jetblue. I've now written Jetblue back to suggest that if they are going to promote a program inflight, then they should be prepared to handle problems. Let's see what they say.

From what I've noticed with the onboard shopping, there needs to be a perfect storm of situations for a purchase to even track.
1. FlyFi has to be connected to the internet (obviously)
2. You have to be able to log in to your TB account with name and email (but no password). This doesn't always work, because sometimes it can't communicate with the TrueBlue servers, and rather than keep you from connecting to the internet, it just lets you on. If the upper right hand arrow displays a tab that shows Notifications and Purchases when clicked on, your login worked. If not, you'll have to click the upper left hand arrow and hope that there's a button that says "Select Plan" or "Select Package" that will bring you back to the login page.
3. FlyFi needs to know your flight info. That means from The Hub, it needs to display your destination and your ETA. From the "Flight Info" tab, there needs to be a destination and an ETA. I've noticed that about 80% of the time, it's either blank or shows N/A.
If I need to order something on Amazon, I still do it while onboard in hopes of getting something, but I have no hopes of anything getting credited given the fragility of the way this works over FlyFi. If I get anything, it would be a pleasant surprise.
