No wonder I am not getting the points. I usually finish adding the stuff I need into the cart, then close the tab and link through Jetblue to finish the purchase. I might mean I will need to take extra steps by deleting the items in my cart (if they are sitting there for awhile), and re-add them after linking through Jetblue...
