Does the business card require a separate log in from the personal card? I am using Quicken to connect to Barclays and the connection to personal account is flawless. But I was told over the phone that the business card has a different log in at https://www.jetbluebusinesscard.com/ . I am not sure how Quicken can link to this business card website.

I sent a message to inquire about when it would post.
The person initially responded that it was too late to register for the promotion.
Sent a message that I DID register back in Nov.
Got a message back saying it would be 6-8 weeks after the promotion ended on Jan 31st.

Trying to decide if the $99 annual fee for the plus card can be justified with the 5000 points. Is there any world where the 5000 points is worth $99? Lately I have been flying delta but might switch back to JetBlue if I ever fail to renew delta status. But don’t want to downgrade now and risk not being able to upgrade next year.

It's been months since my wife took out her new Barclay card. Since the emails on Barclay didn't match the True Blue email, the accounts didn't sync. Since then I've changed the emails and three billing cycles have closed, no points. Several calls to Jet Blue, all saying it will be fixed by the next close, or the latest, we'll escalate and get back to you. No one does. It's been about 40 days since my last call, hold times are 1hour 20 minutes and then all I get is someone who doesn't know anything.
Is there a way to communicate with the True Blue people who actually can do something to help? It's 100k points at issue.

Personal Plus down to 40K?
The 60K link for the personal Plus at top is not working for me. Anybody know of anything better than 40K these days on the personal? (BTW, the business Plus seems to be offering 60k.) Thanks in advance.
