Here it is

I found a picture to prove it is Hanalei Bay - Look at the vegetation as it matches up to the front part of the point on the Hint Pic....

Thanks

I've been in the dry caves on Kauai a couple of times.

It's a lava tube. It takes about 10 minutes to see it. The wet ones are off Tunnels Beach and you can explore them under the water.
Unless I missed something that's it.

It's not seplunking if you don't need a flashlight.

The water beyond the rocks is darker and the waves crash against them. Since the extracted images show the rocks and water are a separate image from the sand, the rocks from the composite image may actually be in the water and not on the beach. There appears to be a white mark on the 3rd rock from the left that matches a "Keep Off" sign painted on a rock in my photo:
Is there a way to enlarge the image of the rocks from the extracted photo to see if it is the "Keep off" rock?
Based on your post yesterday I submitted Kauai. I was too tired to thank you as I am in Europe so I am doing it this morning. I thought that you are right and that the "keep off" is in the middle of the rocks. It is amazing that you found it!

If you are right, PC raised the bar in this game.

More matches for the headlands in the distance, from slightly different angles. No doubt this is the area:

Definitely NOT - as Hanalei Bay is not covered with beaches and the country is missing!
It must be KAUAI, HAWAII, USA!

Let's assume it is a picture of the bay taken from the St. Regis end of the beach. It sure does look like it. St. Regis Princeville is a hotel anywhere member, but it's a starwood property so it's a direct competitor of Priority Club. Haven't most of the locations so far had at least one priority club location, not simply hotel anywhere properties?

I don't think there are any Priority Club properties on Kauai, which would make it a somwhat suprising answer. But perhaps they are trying to emphasize the fact that you really can book competitors with your PC points. Was the picture from the resort in Sabah a priority club? I mean whichever resort had the massage table picture that was used for the contest -- was that a priority club resort or just a hotel anywhere resort?

The article mentions it was taken from the St Regis Princeville which is available as an "Anywhere Hotel".

I'm just shocked PC used a view from a Starwood property!

Pics Seem to Be From Both Poipu and Na Pali...

so the answer is probably just Kauai, Hawaii USA. Take a look at the vegetation in the photo at the bottom of the wikipedia article for Poipu:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poipu,_Hawaii

I am guessing that the extra swath of sand right next to the water in the picture deconstruct Foxberg two days ago will become rock in a day or two.
