EK? Do you mean EY?

Yeah I think its SQ that's offering it rather then the card company. Citi does show on the list here.

i saw that & sq was my first choice....unfortunately they didn't have 4 seats on the dates i wanted to travel....

however, cx requires less miles for the same route so it all worked out well even without the 15% bonus....

Thanks. Might be a good time to move a bulk of miles from my DCB now! Seems like HDFC & Diners are supported as well.

Yeah, who knows when HDFC will pull SQ from their list of transfer partners.

Has anyone tried using the 4th night free on Villa's that are available on hotels.com? Or is it only on hotels?

Also is this benefit limited 2 times a year now?

I believe this is the case now, yes. Don't know about the villa bit, but I assume if it is bookable on hotels.com, the benefit should apply. I haven't used the fourth-night benefit this year at all, though.

I initiated transfer of Citi Prestige Reward points to SQ on 25 Nov. After 72 hrs , still not done. I called up Citi prestige Customer care & they say it can take upto max of 14 days. Few years back i did similar transfer it used to complete in 24-48 hrs. ? Probably There is some change in back hand team logistics.
I am holding PNR from SQ for business class award ticket on Air India for my Andaman trip. Please suggest any experience with recent SQ transfer?

Just an update - I tried to use the ITC vouchers in WecomHotel, Chennai last month and they refused to accept it as it has expired in April 2020. I then contacted ITC customer care over the phone and they also informed me that the validity of ITC vouchers given by Citi can't be extended.

Not wanting to give up, I emailed ITC customer care and they asked me to send a scanned copy of the vouchers. They took over a week to reply to it and eventually replied after another email from me to inform that the validity is extended till March next year. I successfully used it WelcomHotel this weekend.

Anyone in a similar situation can try contacting ITC customer care as well.
