Hi,
The following data is available on Jetairways site:
"Excess baggage allowance will not be applicable on Partner Airlines / codeshare / international flights"

However please note that excess baggage allowance will be available on following:
"Additional Baggage Allowance on Jet Airways marketed and Brussels Airlines operated codeshare flights (The additional baggage allowance is available to members travelling between Europe / Africa and Canada / India)" - 1 pc. @ 23 kgs (Only gold and platinum)

Same here man.. I am looking for miles on AUH-MLE but can't get a number.. the chart I have is old and doesn't even have MLE on it..

On partner redemption, I am not sure whether Jet charges separately for non direct flights.. because Im pretty sure there is no direct BLR-MEL flight.. So your option would be either Cathay or Malaysian..

UPDATE - Jet Airways' online partner redemption form is now showing the number of miles required for a flight.. BLR MEL is showing as 45000 miles.

Unfortunately for me, they don't recognize MLE as a destination

I am facing a similar problem. The dropdown menu is not showing LKO as a destination.

Folks,
Do any of credit cards allow to get Jet Plat membership. I was jet plat earlier and hence miles never expired. I moved out of India for some time, became gold and suddenly some 50-60K miles are expiring....Need to get back to JetPlat somehow to avoid expiry....What is the easiest way?

there is no easy way out. you can get the HDFC Diners CC and get 15 tier points towards your membership upgrade but rest would have to be done by travelling

So after multiple email exchanges here's what I got from Jet Previlage
1) Partner awards cannot be booked less than 14 days from date of departure
2) Pt. 1 was later refuted by 9W twitter staff and they got me a "waitlist hold"
3) since there is not direct jet flight (maybe 9W doesnt price an itinerary ex BLR), its considered two awards.. One way Y award would be 90k JP miles and double for J awards..

IMHO think the mileage needed is a rip-off.. if travelling Y especially and sometimes even J, economical to buy and get EQM / award miles credited to AA program.. JP is not that great for partner travel..

I'm seeing significant increase in partner redemption rates. For ex: DEL-EUROPE is now 42000 miles one way in Y + surcharges, taxes etc. Jet itself charges 42500 miles one way, with no surcharges.
