Delhi hangouts
Hiya chai stall - I will try asking this question again - so that more eyes read it - looking fwd to some help/advice...:)
you guys/gals seem to be pretty upity up with the NCR scene.. I am from DEL, living in STL at this time, planning a holiday visit to DEL in May 2011 - you seem to be the guys who can help me with the best places to hangout, the club scene, eateries not to miss etc.... any advice is appreciated.. thanks!! |

Thanks to BA I received one of my bags and they misplaced 3! You got to be impressed with their 1st Class Priority tagging. They know which customers to look after. :rolleyes: If they can't transfer bags in 5hrs then.....:td: Nice hot shower followed by a cozy bed! BTW 3ft of snow here! |

We (wife + 1 year old - in May 2011) plan to spend about 3 weeks in Del. We will stay in CR Park in South Delhi. We do not really want to travel around Delhi.. Here is what we are looking for: 1) Good places to get awesome indian food (upscale and dhaba type) 2) Clubs like Dublin in Maurya (When we lived in DEL 1998-2002, we would go to this place ALL the time - every sat night). I am sure things have progressed since and there are other nice/er places to go on a sat night 3) A nice place to get about 50-70 people together - for drinks n dinner.. Thanks |
Another question - I am planning on using US air miles to fly Business/First from St Louis to Delhi. Any suggestions on good airlines in the star alliance network to fly business/first?
