Folks, how is it going?
Its getting really cold in the NorthEast here.

Is it snowing yet? I am expecting an inch or two.

Flurries here since 3pm....not sticking yet.

For the first time today morning, I felt quite cold when I woke up. I think I might need to switch on the heat.

Can you beat -8c and snow?

just arrived in Paris. 2 degrees C. Brr!!!!

i have lived in pittsburgh, boston & chicago in the US & i prefered winter in any one of these places when compared to delhi....even though it gets much colder in the US, you feel more cold in india....in the US with central heating you are warm & cozy when inside....in india, i have a nice little heater running most of the time but the moment you step out of your room you freeze your a$$ off....i hate going to the bathroom in the middle of the night during winters in delhi....

I concur - I prefer the (cold and other) weather of the US to where we are in BOM, where it is hot/humid most of the time, and have to run AC's/dehumidifiers all the time - with the associate noise that goes with it!

I am in vienna and its covered with snow since last 10 days.. but with central heating no problem at all in office/transport/home..
Infact, my folks in Calcutta need to wear a sweater at home in winters but I don't even though its -10 degrees here and *10 or more there..:)

yes, we can :p.. with -11 and snow..(last weekend in vienna ) :p
