yeah..but many times the info given to pax is too late... as in they send an sms just 2 hrs before the flt by the time the pax has already left for the airport etc etc.. but yes, atleast they inform even though its useless in many scenarios unless someone was running too late for the original timings..
sometime they don't know about the delayed flight till the last moment so that is where the '2 hours before' sms comes into the picture.... |
