No points deducted.
Were you actually able to book it using your 4th night benefit?

I just called Prestige Concierge, and the rep told me that because it says "points plus cash" for the rate, that they are unable to book it.

I have a special stay at the Park Hyatt New York coming up next month (booked on points). Treating mom on her 50th birthday, we have never been to NYC. I don't have Globalist status, so wanted to know how/if I can get complimentary breakfast to give her the complete experience. Read about 'Guest of Honor' program but do not know anyone with Globalist currently. Any other way anyone can 'share' their benefit?

book it through Virtuoso or pay for it outright would be my suggestions.

Book the "bed and breakfast" rate, which includes breakfast every morning.

For labor day weekend, saw property was offering "Points + Cash Suite Rate" of 30,000 miles + $400 for a Park Suite or $600 for a West Side Suite. This is a pretty good deal, considering that $300 co-pay + TSU only gets you the Studio (jr.) Suite.

Can someone confirm what the TSU suite is? They won't let me book into a Park Suite King or Studio Suite King.

We stayed there last week and Globalists get a $45 allowance per person per day. You can choose anything off the full menu. We actually spent slightly more than the allowance which they removed from our final bill when we checked out, which was very nice of them.

Just got upgraded from a park king all the way to a... park deluxe king without a park view as a globalist (staying on a free night award). Almost all room types are showing as available.

Is a miserly single category upgrade not including standard suites the norm for this property?

I think the only further upgrade under WoH program rules would be to a junior suite. There are no real park views at this property. Hotel floors are not high enough. A few rooms you can see green in between buildings.
