Current promo is 65K for 25 nights. Add say 15 diamond amenity bonuses if you move around a bit and you get up to 80K. If you spend those on C&P in Category 2 that's 20 nights there (80K / 4K)... The cash portion also gets you another 6.5 x 25 x 55 = 9K more points which covers another couple of nights. So, stay on Cash & Points in Category 1/2 hotels and you can come close to being self sufficient on points, as long as you have enough to get started... |

Yes, the system prints out TWO bills for a P+C stay. One bill is to the guest and the other is to HGP. For a P+C reservation at a category 2 hotel, the guest pays $55 plus tax (typically ~ $62) and HGP pays $35 even.
My stays were Cat 2 & Cat 3 (Cat 2, Hyatt paid $35, Cat 3, Hyatt paid $50) as mentioned earlier in this thread. Any chance anyone have an invoice for a Cat 4/5/6 in their online account they could check? |

Anyone have any reports of booking points+cash for stays in 2016? Do we even now if the program will be retained for next year?

I just can't wait until we can see C+P online. I hate having to call or tweet to find out if space is available.

Can I book a C+P room for somebody else like my parents? If so, would they get guest of honor privileges or is that only for a straight points booking? |

I know we can't see availability online yet, but to save some calls, is it necessary (but not sufficient) for there to be standard awards available, for a P+C to be available?
