I would imagine that the $8k spend will count for both. It's too bad this offer isn't on the biz card, because I'd like to double dip that way.

Looks like the same exclusions list as the Amex Aspire free night.

Got this on my Aspire. Didn’t even see the email until after I saw this thread due to the insane amount of junk emails I get. The card will probably get another $6-7k spend now.

Can anyone see a spent tracker on the website for this offer?

Sorry but how is anyone going to see a spend tracker when the promo isn’t even showing up in their account after those that got it registered?

That's what I am saying, for those who successfully registered for it, is this visible or track-able anywhere in their accounts?

You don't need a tracker per se. Just put in the exact dates you want to see transactions, November 2 (I registered on the 2nd) to whenever you'll be checking.

Is "Purchase Period" day you enroll - Feb 28th?
What classifies as a "qualified purchase"? Is it just purchases at/on Hilton properties or just general CC spend?

Eligible purchases are general credit card spend, with the exception of the items specifically listed. From the small print for the offer -

Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits.

Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, cash advances, purchase of traveler's checks, purchase or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments, or other cash equivalents.

If you try to sign up for it a second time, you will get an error message saying that you are already registered.

Very nice promo.
The Terms and Conditions state:

"Eligible purchases can be made by the Basic Card Member and Additional Card Members. Limited to 1 enrolled Card per Card Account."

Does the second sentence limit or contradict the first?

Each of the authorized users in my account has a separate card, with its own unique number. My wife does all the spending, except for gas. Should I enroll her card?

This is what happened when I tried:

We're sorry. Our systems are currently unavailable and we are unable to enroll your Card at this time. Please try again later.

Thank you for your interest in this promotion and for your continued Card Membership.
The same thing happened when I tried to enroll my own no-annual-fee Hilton AmEx card, on which she is an authorized user.

Hmmm, good points. I think to be on the safe side we'll just use the one enrolled card. Hate to find out at the end of the 4 months that we missed out.
