Mod note - As of 7/25/2018: We've had quite a few "Hey, come use this CDP. It's great" type of posts. When the CDP doesn't give a good discount, but is only posted to try to get renters to use the CDP of someone so the poster can earn perks from their Hertz Corporate account. From here out, please put the company/trade group/etc that's associated with the CDP or we'll delete the post to keep it on-topic here

If it's a rental using Hertz Gold points, you can't include a PC, since the points are already a PC. The Amex Plat CDP is what I use, for exactly the reason you mention.

Hertz - limited mileage CPD/Discount code

When I sign in, the default CPD shows AMEX PLATINUM EMEA, and I get pretty good discounts.

I am trying to get a one-way rental from LGW to STN, and found a CPD, 2029445, which someone online said he used with his Amex Plat. Applying that CPD gave me results which I did not see with the "EMEA" one, namely a limited mileage (160 per day), which is more than enough for my purposes. I'm moving a family of four between airports (6+ hour window), and only need the car for a few hours. The difference in prices, for the class I am interested in, is about 30 GBP (99 vs 69).

The CPD which shows the much lower price however shows up as BAYPHARM CORP, with whom I have no affiliation whatsoever.

The question is 1) Can I still use it even if I have no idea who Baypharm Corp is, and if not, 2) is there a code/discount/advise you can provide that would let me access the limited mileage option that seems to fit my needs perfectly?

Given that you dont know what company Baypharm Corp , I think it is clear that it is not a CDP that you are entitled to use

Any PCs for a free weekend day, 3-day minimum? Last one I used expired at the end of April/May, and I haven't seen any since. 192021 didn't work, and neither did the one such code listed at Autoslash website (chatted Hertz, they said promo code invalid even though it's supposed to be good through 12/31/18.

Out of curiosity, which one was that? If it's expired or inactive, we'll make sure it's removed. If it still works, we can confirm that as well.

It's PC 109606. Hertz rep said 'promo code is invalid'. So I'm guessing no other free weekend day codes you're aware of? I rent pretty much exclusively Fri-Mon, and that free day is a fantastic discount.

Thanks, we've removed that one as it no longer seems to work. I did take stock of what we have that is applicable to weekend rentals. There are no "free day" coupons that we're aware of but I did find the following:

204409 - 15% Off Weekend Rentals
203967 - 10% Off Weekend Rentals
203972 - $5 Off/day, up to $15 Off Weekend Rentals

Hope this helps!

Are there any PC coupons that work well with the Amex platinum CDP?

Ran across some good PCs in my AAA South magazine:
204174 - $5 off per day on weekend/weekly rentals ($15/$35 max)
204177 - free weekend day (!) with Sat night keep
204176 - $50 off a monthly rental

All seem to be valid through end of 2018.

A good 20% CDP

You can use CDP 785389 to get a 20% discount at Hertz in France, it's for people insured with Axa but I've never been asked any paper.
