Don't worry about what it says. Just skip the counter and choose from the President's Circle section of Ultimate Choice. Note that you can only select from the Ultimate Choice section. If you find something you'd prefer to drive in the regular Gold or 5* section of UC you can pick from there, however, you cannot pick from the reserved section. You must choose from the Ultimate Choice section that corresponds to your status (or below).

Anyone who is a member of 30 States that offer Blue Cross Blue Shield health care insurance can gain access to Blue 365 (their deals website). Currently ~24 of the BCBS States participate in Blue 365 deals and offer travel discounts (not all do, see below for list). Many who do offer a Hertz CDP code and it beat AAA, USAA, Hertz Fifty Plus and other rates I checked for an upcoming rental in Florida. Worth checking if you have health care insurance from Blue Cross/Blue Shield in one of the participating States.

I have updated the wiki with publicly available CDPs for credit cards, public, association, & loyalty programs. Seems easier to find CDPs that are eligible to the general public if they are listed in a Wiki (rather than sifting through threads). I specifically did not list any non-public (corporate CDPs) as not everyone is eligible. There is another sticky that shows RQs and PCs that may be able to be combined with the above CDPs to get one the lowest rate.

Leisure or business when renting using Amex Platinum CDP
I had never noticed this despite using the CDP for years, but just realized that choosing leisure or business when renting using an Amex Platinum CDP (the US one if it matters) sometimes result in different rates. For example, for a week-long rental in Munich in June, choosing "renting for business" makes the rate about €50 cheaper than choosing "renting for leisure".
I know for most CDPs choosing business vs leisure matters, but as a cardholder, am I renting for leisure or for business? Or am I free to choose whichever gives me the better rate?

So the Amex MR CDP 427346 used to give 20% off rates from all countries and at all locations. Now I see it sometimes only gives 5% and sometimes 20%, though I can't predict which it will offer.
Is there any other publicly usable CDP that gives 20% off? I know the Amex Plat CDPs do, but what if someone does not have an Amex plat and does not want to use it? Any other CDPs that give 20% off?
