Anyone who is a member of 30 States that offer Blue Cross Blue Shield health care insurance can gain access to
Blue 365 (their deals website). Currently ~24 of the BCBS States participate in Blue 365 deals and offer travel discounts (not all do, see below for list). Many who do offer a Hertz CDP code and it beat AAA, USAA, Hertz Fifty Plus and other rates I checked for an upcoming rental in Florida. Worth checking if you have health care insurance from Blue Cross/Blue Shield in one of the participating States.
