Thought I'd update this with my experience buying the book.

Australian address, Ordered last weekend. DHL package arrived today. So less than a week, even to an overseas address.

Amazing as I expected it to be sent by USPS instead and take a few weeks.. Think I'll get my $AU13 value out of it!

How to get just a 2006 Entertainment Book

Hi. I know I am late, but I thought I would ask. Is there any place to purchase the 2006 Entertainment Book? Going in Sept. to Oahu and thought the book might be a good investment. I don't seem to see it being sold anymore. I see offers to get the 2006 "free" when purchasing a 2007 book, but I don't need a 2007 book!

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hello! I was just on the website (google Entertainment Book) and saw they do have a link to purchase 2006 books. It's based on availability, though.

Good luck with that and with that trip to Hawaii!

Yes, I've been to the website, but Hawaii is not available for 2006 year.

Any other ideas?

Thanks.

The Coupon Connection is where you'll need to look. All 2006 Hawaii Entertainment Books have been sold out for a few weeks now. Or, eBay if anyone's selling.

Also, you might just consider purchasing the 2007 book if all else fails. The cost to purchase the book will be quickly made up by the savings, especially if you're staying here on Oahu... and especially if you'll be at the HHV.

I ordered a 2006 Hawaii Entertainment book mistakenly thinking I could use the coupons. But most of them expire on 11/1 and I'm traveling on 11/11. I didn't receive it in a timely manner and called CS and they shipped me a second one, which I received today. I gave away the first book. If anyone wants the second one, please PM me.

UPDATE: It's been claimed. Sorry!

I just got back from O'ahu, last week. I saved over $100 using the Ent. Book.
I left it in the Hotel lobby for someone else to use. I did not use too many of the coupons because I never saw the places. I did not see a Burger King, KFC, etc. I used the PCC coupon and the Blue Hawaii Show coupon.

Thumbs up 2007 entertainment book

I will have a need for the 2007 entertainment book, and see that right now it is $35 at entertainment.com with free shipping.

Does anyone here have one already, which you would like to share?

I will need it for Oahu only, and during January.

I can either share yours, or you can share mine. With or without the fine dining card is no big deal to me, unless they've changed their system - in the past all the fine dining cards were the same color, no mater what book the card came from.

PM me, please.

Aloha!

I have found that the hotel discount price you get through Entertainment book/.com is the same discount that you get through Hotel Rewards, and I scored 5 miles/$ going the latter route.

YMMV

2007 Hawaii Entertainment Book Listings!!

I ordered the 2007 Entertainment Book but unfortunately it got to my door from UPS exactly 40 minutes after I left for the airport to fly to Maui a few weeks ago so it was useless for me that trip.  I’m going back in March though so hopefully it’ll get some use then. Anyways, I thought I’d post all of the restaurants and their corresponding Entertainment Card Punch Numbers here for all you to enjoy. I am listing ONLY the “Fine Dining” restaurants here because they are the ones that require that you give the actual card to the restaurant to get stamped. The informal dining requires an actual coupon from the Ent. Book so obviously those cannot be used unless you order the Hawaii version of the Ent Book. Note that the actual 2007 Ent. Card is the exact same for all all the different areas of the country. So if you have your local LA or SF Ent book but haven’t gotton your card punched at every restaurant, then you can bring that card to Hawaii with you and present it at one of the restaurants below. So you won’t have to blow the $$$ on a 2007 Hawaii Entertainment Book. BTW, the number before each restaurant represents the “Punch Card #”, so if you already got your Ent. Card punched for that particular number at your local restaurant, you are out of luck using at that restaurant in Hawaii. Seems like this year most all the Fine Dining restraurants are in Honolulu, along with a few on Maui. None on the Big Island or Kauai unfortunately.

I'd note that additional Entertainment coupons for Hawaii (and elsewhere) are available by signing up for this free site.

Also if you have an entertainment book and register it online, you can just change your location to view local coupons. Some require you to show your entertainment card, other have 'online print' options. Save on.

Thank you. We are going to Kauai in October and just knowing that none of the fine dining places are in the book helps us know to pass on its purchase. Very valuable.
