As a gentleman I cannot go ask her if she is an idiot but perhaps her name. Erica? Share a drink?
That sounds much, much worse than you probably meant

She is not a member of the idiot club nor will she be, but I am proud to announce a new female Lumo in the ranks: my mother. She just got her status and I just renewed mine so now we have 2 Lumos in the family. The next time we fly together will be fun.

Points or segments?

My mother wouldn't agree to either, especially when AY is NOT her preferred carrier.

She got the status with points. She definitely does have the idiot spirit at least, as she would prefer to fly JFK-HEL-NRT-HEL-JFK with a two-day turnaround in Tokyo instead of just JFK-HEL-JFK if she finds it for cheaper.

Two days in Tokyo, courtesy of AY, doesn't sound too bad

She didn't happen to be on AY5 on March 1? There was a lady that I heard telling the flight attendant how she just qualified for Lumo.

Purser told me on AY6 on the 28th of February that there was a record-setting SIX Lumos on board on that flight. Incidentally, that was the same flight that brought me over the threshold to Lumo.

I got today a call from lady K at finnair whom we many know. It was my first ”Lumotic approach” telling me they wanted to approach Lumos personally around covid19.
I simply told I am as stalled as they are, so not much to talk about, but appreciated the call anyhow.

During covid times you must be one of very few reaching Lumo. Well done (I guess)
