Anyway, I received an email from internet.sales this morning saying "Our payment team is looking in to this case, and we will get back to you with more information as soon as possible. The website chat function seems to have a forced first step where you first need to deal with their chatbot "Sisu". I can't imagine what matter would be simple enough so that a Sisu would be able to take care of it for me. My discussion today was as follows:

Something good also. Upgrade tool seems to have improved and it allows for biz upgrades by points or by money. E.g., Dec 2019 HEL-AMS for €60 and return for €70 - from a light ticket. Besides, processing took less than a minute! Chose points of course...

Today I received for the first time a SMS notifying that 18 points have been awarded to my Finnair Plus account. (and also included the total number of points).

Have you switched accounts while booking? Since AY has multiple authentications on their websites they are trying to merge, it can happen, that you are logged in on the new website with another account that they try to auto-log in on the other. Deleting all AY cookies and/or a new start of the browser typically instantly fixes the issue.
