To follow up, we do have etickets, so you have reassured us.
Yes this is JMO, but my partner worries about these things.
I'm actually quite honest and while some may think it strange, I would like to pay.
Anyway, I received an email from internet.sales this morning saying "Our payment team is looking in to this case, and we will get back to you with more information as soon as possible. Your reservation is OK."

It is not that unusual, that finnair billing is couple months late. Has happened to me once.

Diners club just sent me 0e bill from lounge access in SDQ back in sep 2018 ;)

The website chat function seems to have a forced first step where you first need to deal with their chatbot "Sisu". I can't imagine what matter would be simple enough so that a Sisu would be able to take care of it for me. My discussion today was as follows:
Sisu: "Hi, I'm Sisu, Finnair's automatic chatbot ... please keep your questions short and clear"
Me: "Can I reach a human being from here?"
Sisu: "Unfortunately I'm not able to answer your question but would you like me to connect you to my human colleague - Yes/No"
Me: Yes

Sisu is höpöhöpö but this sentence is sometimes more informative than human colleagues can give.

I also once tried a comment ”aijät juo kaljaa” but the robot did not offer me a free round, just the basic reply instead.

Just reserved some flights for 2020 business trips and tried to log into my profile in AY Plus to pick exit row seats:

Luckily it works now in the app, but this whole old/new website chaos just seems to get worse every day...

Have gotten that error many times too before the launch of the new website...

Have you switched accounts while booking? Since AY has multiple authentications on their websites they are trying to merge, it can happen, that you are logged in on the new website with another account that they try to auto-log in on the other. Deleting all AY cookies and/or a new start of the browser typically instantly fixes the issue.

Something good also. Upgrade tool seems to have improved and it allows for biz upgrades by points or by money. E.g., Dec 2019 HEL-AMS for €60 and return for €70 - from a light ticket. Besides, processing took less than a minute! Chose points of course...

Today I received for the first time a SMS notifying that 18 points have been awarded to my Finnair Plus account. (and also included the total number of points).

No, I only use my own account on this computer. Strange, as today when trying to log in it stays in an infinite loop with flashing "Redirecting, one moment" icon and a seemingly random "offers" page I wasn't even trying to open in the first place... After updating Chrome now it goes one step further and displays a "technical error has occurred" notice. I'll try later with my Macbook if it works any better.
