Today’s sustainable vegemössölunch (not too bad taste, though..) Overall lounge relatively quiet of course at lunch time but still lots of stuff on the tables and staff hiding.
Priority security took 5mins and mainly because too many pax are still unaware how to use/behave at the new lines/machines..unnecessary queuing and empty slots not used efficiently, unpacking stuff the old way etc..

Also, the agents running the machine could be more active too and direct people.

It is badly marked, earlier this week I went to an empty slot because nobody before me went after couple of minutes waiting. I got the comment:"there is a que here" to which I responded: "yes, but I don't think you are queing for security because you leave idle capacity".

Are non-Schengen citizens allowed access to the Schengen Lounge?
Just wondering?
I'm a German born US citizen, and wonder if I could actually enter this place?

Lounge entry depends on the destination you are flying to from HEL. If you are flying to a Schengen destination, you will use the Schengen lounge, and if non-Schengen, then the non-Schengen lounge is your lounge of the day.

Line to Schengen lounge all the way down the stairs, waiting time 16mins. The dragon didn't do anything to prevent some people skipping the line. Actually just a thing waiting to happen, now the overcrowding has exceeded the limit.
Really not very premium, poor. Wake up, Finnair!

I followed the advice on the lounge door and went to the transfer service and picked up my 17€ voucher.
Not too bad, given the complaints about the lounge. But I‘d prefer they keep the lounge open for the midnight wave.
