Any comments on the new signature menu by Eero Vottonen?
Cannot see the menu on MMB for a flight to SEL in less than 4 weeks...., any idea when it will appear or is there a new menu coming up in April?

Last week I had Finnair business flight to Bangkok and pre-ordered reindeer.
I wasn't impressed at all.
Here you can see food service on that flight.

Few days ago had Finnair business flight from Bangkok.
I recommend grilled cod as a main and potato-spring onion soup as a starter, both were good.

I gather from the clips that the service was proper business-class service, ie tables set with linen and meal served course by course?
So BKK is not on the list for reduced service, funny.

I assume there's new menu coming soon..checked my JFK flight which is in three weeks and the menu was not yet visible...you can select from options 1/2/3 and the 3 old pre-orders as well but as you cannot see the actual menu not much point yet..

as the menu still not visible on MMB for this Fraidays flt, I had a chat with CS, first I was told no menus will be available to be seen beforehand, they will be handed out onboard the flt. I asked how should I preorder if I do not know availability... Was told to check the meals for design options... I insisted I want to know also onboard offerings, then I was told the current menu is valid until 5.4. (my flt date), but it is not guaranteed it will be that. CS emailed me the current menu, but as it is not sure, it doesn't make sense.

I can see both menu and make choices in my MMB! (Oddly, since I am usually the unlucky one that gets all the bugs).

When I go in to the new dreadful MMB, under the buy addons-section there is one coloured rectangle with text saying "Food only available via internet". Clicking that box will expand the page and reveal the options seen below.

Not sure if being able to see the menu depends on route or timing (or luck). This is on NRT-HEL and T-48. Do note that the menu is well hidden. There is a small text saying "If you want more info follow this link" and only the "this link" part is hyperlinked.

Do also note that there is another link too very close to this one, and that one only links to the generic description of service level.
