Hi,
Could I ask for a load check for EK86 in J on 1 February please? I would like to know if there are any free A or K seats near the window. Thank you! |

For that you don’t need an availability check, but a seat map. The free version of ExpertFlyer gives you access to current seat maps.

A dummy booking on Expedia shows 7A is the only window seat available.

EK230 13-Feb F2 A0 J7 C7 I7 O0 H0 Y3 E3 R3 W3 M3 B3 U3 K3 Q0 L0 T0 V0 X0 Rolling op-ups? Or too early to tell? Yesterday First was F4 A4 with no seats selected. Not that I'm anywhere near the top of the priority list. |

The plot thickens... could be a day to get bumped and get a free ticket? The seatmap for F has one seat occupied, so it seems they're saving space for op-ups now.
If I volunteer to bump, I'd go for next day rather than same day in Y, for sure. EK230 13-Feb F2 A0 J6 C6 I0 O0 H0 Y6 E6 R6 W6 M6 B6 U6 K6 Q0 L0 T0 V0 X0 |

EK-612 (DXB - ISB)
6th March 2020 J7 C7 I7 O7 H7 Y9 E9 R9 W9 M9 B9 U9 K9 Q9 L0 T0 V0 X0 I'm booked in Economy Flex, and just got an email for an upgrade to business for 650 AED. Worth paying for the upgrade or is there a chance I get upgraded at the airport? |

Is it possible to check seatmaps? I want to upgrade a flight from J-F using miles, but before I do I want to make sure that there are two F seats together (in the middle?!)
If yes, would someone mind checking EK766 for Joburg to Dubai on March 12th? Thanks! Richard |

I quickly checked for you and currently 1 E/F on EK766 on 12/3 are free. 2E/F are also not allocated but are currently 'blocked'. They will most likely become available some time around on line check in (which is T-48 hours with EK). There is upgrade availability (Z bucket) for 2 seats on that flight, so be quick! |
