That is good news, hopefully on UA85/84 soon as well. How many aircraft are used on each of these flights?

This is only good news if you consistently fly C. If you fly Y on a semi-often basis, this is terrible news. They've managed to squeeze in 89 seats using some of the narrowest seats around. Oh, and even less underseat storage/legroom

I agree.
How soon will LY change the seats on the 777's to 10 across Y?

3-4-3 in Y wont cut it for me. For the time being as long as the 84/85 combo is 3-3-3 I will fly UA. When they switch those flights Im out of there, would rather connect in Europe and fly on a narrow-body from there to TLV then be stuck in a 777 thats 3-4-3. Unless they come up with Prem E

You'll still get 3-4-3 on many European carriers as well. AF, LX, etc.

What I thought Id do is fly UA to/from Europe in E+ where its not a sardine can like they are doing with the 90/91, and connect in lousy E on whomever. A nice choice maybe ATH where it will be the least amount of time in a narrow body (not counting TK whom I wont set foot on for any reason), but ATH will probably go like TLV since its a leisure destination, doubt BRU,MUC,FRA,ZRH ++ will end up with LE(Lousy Economy) but with UA theres no telling

it looks like W6 is cancelling KTW after Oct. 25

actually 3 airlines are flying to KRK, so no demand for KTW any more?
