The places I like in DFW
1) Pho Que Huong (chain in N Dallas / Plano)
2) Bistro B's (Garland / Arlington) - bun topping (grilled pork) is very good
3) Pho Pasteur II (Beltline & Josey) - best spring rolls with lots of basil
Literally just too many to recommend

Ok.. Satay Pho yesterday with the fixings (beef, seafood, tendon).. so I got the extra large, half noodles more veggies, and thereafter double veggies..
But I'm feeling my Kidneys after the blazing heat. Must be the sodium..

Pretty good place in South San Jose

Small family owned place, reasonably friendly for a pho joint, quite good pho with quality meat, pretty good spring rolls (though the spring roll sauce isn't my favorite). This is close to one of my clinics, so I hit it after work and avoid traffic.
