Tonight - Italian! Probably Gamberoni con Fettucini. We're trying a new restaurant in Palo Alto. I rarely order meat at a restaurant and usually opt for shrimp, scallops or mussels.

Just started making a honey mustard glaze for some grilled chicken breasts and glazed parsnips. Serving those with some steamed broccoli with toasted garlic.
Even with hefty 8oz chicken breasts: 509 calories/11g fat (3g saturated)/72g protein/28g Carbs (5g fiber). Mmmmmm... Good and good for you! |
