I am impressed that you made those 2 big pizzas just for lunch. That would have been my lunch, dinner and breakfast.

i had a large luncheon of Chinese leftovers so despite having 16000 total steps for today, I’ll have toasted baguette with Cafe au Lait spread (Craftsman & Wolves) over butter.
spaghetti with pecorino
meatballs
veggie tray
I ate half of one and 1/3 of the pyher
no, I ate half of each. They tasted great. Rest in foil in fridge.
You’re extremely petite compared to me. Actually I should have had a quarter of each and they tasted so yummy for me. I last had pizza with tomato sauce 2 weeks ago; we had a sauce less pizza in Santa Cruz last Saturday on our drive back from carmel.
I love pizza. Yummers.

I suspect gaobest means that they're capable of consuming more than you and they're throwing down the gauntlet.
It's best you up your game and figure out how to consume large amounts of pizza and salad. Then you can meet on the battlefield of 'za and joust with breadsticks while throwing half eaten wings at each other. (lol)

Costco choice ribeye boneless steaks
baked potatoes
Oven steak fries
sauteed onions with old Gruet sparkling white wine
sauteed mushrooms
steamed broccoli
i need to leave one steak in the grill for a minute longer - my family likes it more medium than rare in the medium-rare spectrum.

"Here comes the weekend" post:
Tonight - thought we had chicken in the freezer but turns out it was pork chops. So it's going to be an odd Pork Tikka Masala with cauliflower.
Saturday - foregoing eating out, and decided to splurge on king crab legs, with twice baked potatoes.
Sunday - most likely homemade pepperoni pizza and whatever vegetables we have left to put on it.

isn’t it funny how splurging for the king crab legs will still cost a LOT less than a table-service restaurant meal? In Sf it’s less than a burger restaurant meal.

. Crab legs are still expensive here, but not as high as they were. Our meal will cost nearly the same as a restaurant meal, but definitely much less than if we ordered crab legs in a restaurant.
