I was so full from today’s luncheon that I ended up only eating the stems from bok choy that I cooked for my family. My child refused it despite my saying that Braslvr loves bok choy. My spouse only ate the green parts after I cut the bok choy.
now I’ve had 10mg so I’m having the rest of my supper:
toasted baguette with butter
maybe some other toast form
plus mixed nuts

Grilled salmon, chopped salad, jasmine rice, green beans.
A friend called and asked if we’d pick the beans from her garden since she didn’t get the opportunity before leaving for a cruise. I’d never seen foot long beans before. They were fresh and delicious.

Charcoal-grilled cajun seasoned chicken breast and shrimp; asparagus seasoned with garlic salt, black pepper and basil also done on the grill; strawberries and whip cream; homemade cornbread muffins.
