Carryout to-bake lasagna from Original Joe’s shop
I have loved this restaurant for decades - I even once saw now-Senator Dianne Feinstein there when she was mayor of my city. I’m so happy that they opened up a shop so that we can just buy and heat their food.

Last night I botched the fish. I undercooked the mahi on the grill and it does not make good sushi. I had a leftover filet tonight and it was much better after reheating. Baked sweet potato and steamed sugar snap peas were good. Mrs BV baked corn muffins.

I can't remember who recommended the thinner version of scallion pancakes from TJ's but they were finally back in stock at my local store and I grabbed some. Cooked in a frying pan, then I fried an egg, put it on the pancake and topped it with the furikake seasoning and soy sauce, then ate it taco style. It was delicious and I appreciate the recommendation.

Square spaghetti with veggie sauce (carrots, onion and garlic from the garden. Bell pepper and celery from the store). Mid’s marinara. Meatballs.

I baked ham. We had loaded baked potatoes (butter, sour cream, bacon, green onions) and corn muffins. The star of the meal was this bad boy direct from the garden.
