My teenage son and I have an overnight layover at SIN next month.

I'm guessing that particular fried hokkien mee won't be available during the middle of the night? If I could have just one hawker centre dish during the layover, that would be it.

What part of town would you be in and when do you hit town? Also depends on whether you prefer dry or wet hokkien mee? I'm pretty sure someone here can make a recommendation...

The plate of wet Hokkien mee was friend by Kim himself at theJalan Eunos coffee shop . It closes at midnight , so might be doable .

Thank you both. We're arriving a little past midnight and leaving at noon the next day. As we get closer to the date, I'll post a query in the Singapore forum.

VS lounge SFO. It's what's for dinner! Round One!

Better than the AF Lounge option

VS Lounge dinner Round Two. Beyond Burger and Chips. Red wine selections here could be better but are passable.

Caught, cooked, cleaned and consumed some of these black sea bass yesterday Preparation was broiled, with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in the cavity. With a garlic butter finish. In addition rice. And a proper Sauvignon Blanc.
