Nice looking pie. Wall to wall as it should be. Less bones. Fortunately, I've never had a pizza guy do that, but I have had the pizza slammed/wadded into half the box more than once. Like it was carried vertically or racer-X in the car.

I think what you experienced would be way worse.
I tried a new place that just opened and it was very good. Sourdough crust. Yes, good coverage.

Ive heard and read the Dishoom love. One local guy mentioned a local place that he equated with Dishoom. That said, I already have one Indian place that I love extremely much thats in my own city. Its a challenge for me to try new places when I already love one restaurant that has said cuisine.

I have tried several Indian restaurants in London over the past few years, and none have been as good as Dishoom. The problem is that its expensive even by London standards (chicken ruby and the cheese naan was 27) and the serving sizes arent huge.

I can definitely believe that Dishoom is superior. Stick with the best - better to pay more for the best than to pay even a cent at less great spots; thats when you get the non-Indian.

Have you had Indian pizza? I get it often with friends in the sf Bay Area.

Monday's are my Sunday (I work Tuesday-Friday right now) and decided to make this recipe while meal prepping for the week. Definitely could've used a lot more spice, though I fixed the dish by adding a nice serving of Penzey's "Very Hot" crushed red pepper which offers 40K scoville heat units.

Unfortunately, I havent!

Odd carbonara pizza with spaghetti on top at Pizza Pilgrims Kingly - the crust was good but there was not enough topping coverage

Indian pizza is lovely and usually in many vegetarian options. I think that people who enjoy pizza would enjoy Indian pizza.
