You'll have sticker shock, and the menu is now approx. US$200/pp. The wine list was stooopid pricing. But overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience, with some of the most interesting and complex flavo(u)rs I've had in ages. And, a bonus, enough food to be full when we were done.

The last time that we were there, two menus were offered, Maiz for 2227 MXN and Mar for 2554 MXN. We ordered one of each and shared. I don't recall how much the wine pairings were; those were not formal pairings, but what the sommelier served us by the glass. A tasting menu at Quintonil, where we dined the day before, was MX$2250 or MX$3650 with the wine pairing. The first time that we dined at Pujol, in 2017, the menu was 1835 MXN.

AmexMexing pre-departure light dinner. Tomato y cheese salad with tuna tartare. Tomatoes were tasteless (probably grown for the US market) but tuna was great.

Dinner was the "slim's meal" from Slim Chickens. I haven't had a chance to go grocery shopping this week, so some fried chicken and french fries sounded good...and it was! Back to my usual salads and healthy foods next week
