Ms B made these fantastic Gruyere/onion rolls, along with seared scallops and asparagus.

Ms B loves to bake and has always been good at it, but about a year ago we finally bought a "real" range/oven (Miele). Since then, her results have been astronomical.

I am not a baker so I am in awe of the beautiful things that people make...like those rolls. And anything ILP makes. My mom was a pastry chef in a restaurant and also excellent cake decorator....I don't have the patience nor do I like to follow recipes.
