I agree. BTW, I used to drive him to school in a car pool. Love his wines.

That's so neat! I hope to make it to the new tasting room sometime soon.

Plenty seem to be available at Wally's Wine and Spirits(local for me). Picked up a case the other day of the Miraval after having tried a couple of bottles. Pretty sure they ship. Enjoy. It's wonderful.

Tarapaca Cabernet, the better of the offerings here at the lounge in Bahrain. It's 0400 and they have a good Muzak rotation going. First was Arthur, now, Just When I Needed You Most.

Sounds like a great combination and kudos for making your own cheesecake instead of buying

At lunch today, I ordered a glass of red house wine to go along with my Milanesa sandwich at a corner cafe in San Telmo. The waiter came out with a very mini carafe and a wine glass, put less than 2cms in the glass, and then asked if I wanted ice.

I didn't get any ice. I should have, as the red viscous crap in the glass could have only improved being thinned out. I should have ordered one of the 1/2 bottles and only had part of it. Of course, that would have cost me over US$5, as opposed to the US$2.50 or so that my deliciousness I had with lunch.

And that is what I had today.
