You bake them? I have never baked a burger! Is it dried cranberries mixed in with the ground turkey and maybe seasonings? That should be easy to make although I would probably either grill or fry in a grill pan.
Just had a can of reduced-sodium chicken and wild rice soup and some leftover Triscuits from the Drunk DO. -J. |

That sounds great! Will have to find a store around here that makes them or will have to try it out myself. Cranberries are on sale this week so that might be a good opportunity.

Yes, the cranberries are mixed in with the ground turkey with some seasoning. The cranberry bits are very small, so you don't notice any texture inconsistencies when eating. |
Re: bacon on doughnuts, I think I've had where a strip of not so crispy bacon was laid on top of the bar and the really enjoyable kind with crispy crumbled bacon sprinkled on top. To me, that matters. I don't want chewy bacon on my donut.
And re: coq au vin, thank you for that idea. It reminds me of my childhood, a special meal we only occasionally had. I guess I will be buying some white wine for the first time in my life sometime soon. ETA: Does Trader Joe's have a white Two Buck Chuck or does that only come in red? |

My mother made coq au vin earlier this year for the first time and it came out great. Last night that was what they had at the JFK Centurion Lounge and it wasn't as good but it was still very tasty. -J. |

Decided to try it nonetheless as somewhat brings back memories of breakfast at Amanusa , Bali , which is sadly no more |

Dinner at Il Punto tonight. Fried calamari, and the branzino and shrimp special for the entree.

Trader Joe's Thanksgiving stuffing flavored kettle chips.
I took them to a friend's house a few years ago & we used them for the appetizer & had gravy to dip them in. :D |

OMG--I can't believe there is such a thing....has anyone tried it? That's pretty funny but I would give it a shot. Speaking of shots...I wonder if there is some booze that would be good mixed in there.
