Cassie, has your bread risen yet?

Bento. Save a curry for me, less than 4 weeks to our next extended stay. Satay Street awaits....
That sounds lovely and much nicer than my below average pannini.

No bread today though - or tomorrow or Thursday either. I've got a crazy work week. Maybe Friday so that we have fresh bread for the weekend

Went to a local creole place in Durham, NC today called Papa Mojo's. I had a blackened shrimp linquine with corn bread...very very good.

Yesterday I used leftover picnic supplies and made a prosciutto and Munster omelet that turned out really well. Never used the two in an omelet before ^

I ate more donuts today than I usually do in a year- two

Bali/Breakfast: Almond donut

GA UPG-MDC: Stewed beef (or chipped), green beans and nata de coco. (Nasty) Milk, then orange juice.

Manado/Lunch: Nasi kuning, rica2, black tea

Snacks: A brown sugar donut, a bread filled with tuna (called panada), brown sugar pudding

2nd Lunch: woku blanga (maybe; I DO know that it was grilled "tude" fish with ginger, chilies, onion, tomato, and maybe lemongrass or something similar), dabu2, black tea

Dinner: Grilled tude, fried tude, more tude, woku squid, whitefish fritters (perkedel), papaya flower, eggplant with a batter that tasted of "cake" batter, rica2

and some chocolate-covered cashews

Love that place, even though after having lived in the south for three years it pains me to pay the prices they charge for BBQ

I went to Chic-fil-A today because I had a coupon for a FREE SANDWICH!

As for the alternate version of BmB, at least what I've been eating is mostly fish!

Did a number on the warung today too. They hate it when have fourths...

For some reason I didn't photograph the whole table .....

The bowl in the upper right is my favourite salad. Tomato, beetroot and red onion in vinagerette. Sweet and sharp.
