It is very delicious , decided to save some , have about half left .

Had a Korean grapes tart instead by Tarte by Cheryl KOH , Les Amis Group , blackberries and Hojicha tarts already consumed too .
There is a Caramel Hazelnut one left to enjoy .

Beautiful! I always loved it in Germany. I loved so many Germany pastries. Everyday at Spielwarenmesse, we’d first drive to the bakery and get a mix of breads and pastries to bring to our Stand. Then when I visited my friend in Dortmund, I’d get other pastries. So great.

For lunch today it was a pomelo, prawn and chili salad from BBC Good Food. Surprisingly good - I had never had pomelo before and I really liked it but they are quite a fiddle to prepare.

indian chicken pizza from Thursday. I enjoy Indian pizza much when I have it with friends!

A spicy lunch with bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers followed by BBQ chicken with roasted jalapeno.tomato sauce, grilled zucchini and oven baked beetroot cubes.

Followed by the new “ Jolly Baked Apple “ Frappuccino sans whipped cream and seasonal favourite “ Toffee Nut Crunch “ latte , also as a Frappuccino .
Added even more ice , eventually

bun looks a bit too toasted but how was the filling?

The brioche bun was fine , I sort of butterflied / opened it up to use the mayo & more of the clarified butter - all of it .
Enjoyed the filling - tasty enough , & as you see , it was not bursting or overstuffed .

Was at Burger & Lobster

Smoked mackerel pate and sliced green tomatoes for lunch today. And a persimmon for pud. Sort of healthy apart from the pate, of course.

Chicken, pan-fried with a sherry and cream sauce with mushrooms and pearl onions, plus roasted potatoes with garlic butter, and asparagus.

Had a variety today as was at a buffet too ..

burrata , cold cuts including roast beef , French beans , parsnip , potato soup , salad , along with fried noodles ( Hokkien mee and mee hoon - vermicelli ) ending with bread and butter pudding , plum crumble , tiramisu .. , crisps , manchego other cheeses . Had iced latte
