gorgeous! How did you cook the Asian noodles and what kind were they?

Refrigerated egg noodles that were boiled for only one minute. And for the crunchy yet flavorful element, we used fried garlic and onions - delicious!

It doesn't look very buffalo-y. Wing sauce on the chicken or in the cheese sauce?

In the cheese sauce. It could've used more.

Today's lunch: marinated, pan-fried chicken topped with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and bacon, and served with a cream sauce.

I left my house for the fifth time since March and snuck up to Seattle for a few nights. Of course, no hot breakfast. This was our sad grab n go.

And lunch at Karaage Setsuna I Belltown. Karaage, rice, salad and a small side order of Setsuna fries (tossed in butter and soy sauce) with mango bbq and curry ketchup dipping sauces. My mom had char siu wonton noodle soup, and my friend had a medium order of fries with yakisoba seasoning.

Typical breakfast for me. Scramble it, add some type of salsa or sauce, roll it into a flour tortilla, toast it on cast iron. Almost every day. Always at least a little meat in it though.

Baked more of this delicate French apple cake with less sugar - the edges are crumbly and delicious!
