I Instant Potted cauliflower soup tonight with a handful of baby broccoli, ghee, onion, garlic, water, salt, and pepper. On a chilly fall evening, it was perfectly delicious and warming.

Simple but delicious lunch today, with smoked salmon, home-made (still hot) blinis, creme fraiche and side salads of rocket and cucumber. After that, I've been feeling on top form all afternoon!
