Bulletproof coffee made with Kerrygold butter.

It's so tasty, I'd drink it even if I wasn't keeping low carb.

Yes. I actually do it in my mini food processor but also by hand is fine. Chop the basil fine and mash it with softened butter and then put it on the fish while fish is still hot so it melts on top.
Actually Costco sells it already made but since it is so easy to do, I just make my own. My sister buys the Costco one and just puts the whole pan in the oven. https://www.instacart.com/products/5...-butter-per-lb

It would also be good over grilled chicken.

Google basil and tons of uses will come up including the eggs mentioned here.
You forgot pesto.

thanks friends! I chopped basil to use for tonight’s pasta supper and will really see if I can do that basil-goat cheese omelette for Wednesday brekky. I normal don’t use egg with cream/milk for omelettes and am thrilled to try it with whole milk :-)

Lunch is a leftover cheeseburger topped with bacon jam in between meetings (I hate lunchtime meetings when they don't involve food).

I haven't had the gluten free version, but that NYT plum torte is so delicious.

Namu Korean carryout with a friend for a park luncheon.
stonepot bibimbop with added pork belly & egg
poke salad with rice
matcha green tea boba
korean Tiger boba
$55 total. Big treat luncheon. I miss our weekly luncheons and don’t miss the cost. I loved the korean food - haven’t had it in months.
