- jugo verde (often orange, cactus, and parsley, among other ingredients)

Chihuahua
- pork in red chile sauce, rice, tortillas with peruvian beans mixed with cheese
- local apples (‘tis the season)

uk1 started this thread and posted regularly and was pretty engaging so it was quite lively back then. He then got "suspended" though it would seem banned is the correct word. IDK what for as I only knew him in this sub-forum. Always seemed very friendly and eager to share/learn.
