I have some cheap and decent Dolcetto d'Alba to pair with it, but I may still stop by the local wine shop to see what they have from Turkey or Greece...

K&L has never let me down.

This was outstanding alongside our Mediterranean menu.

Here I am at the Bukit Timah Food Center, having some seafood white bee hoon.

Kopytka (Polish gnocchi) with mushroom sauce and sauerkraut, thanks to the brilliant Polish restaurant right near my house!

Oysters on the half shell. Once had 72 at Elliot's Oyster house in Seattle. Yum.

Grilled out tonight, steak, chicken, salmon and potatoes, peppers and onions on the Weber. Enough to feed three and plenty of leftovers for lunches.

Great dinner at El Establo in Buenos Aires, which came highly recommended. Weak currency, already cheap beef, and a whole bottle of Malbec with dinner. What's not to love?!

"Garlic and Olive Oil" OMG SO GOOD, it's almost like they're lightly pickled or something. Mild and delicious.

Drinks for the night.

Bife de Lomo. "Rare" (among the rare, medium, or well-done options) netted a nice medium rare throughout.

Dulce de Leche Ice Cream for dessert, and a cappuccino afterward.

~35 bucks for 3 courses, a bottle of wine, and a ~20oz+ filet? Don't mind if I do!

Free barbeque. Mission Barbeque, a chain out of Texas I think, is new in town. To promote business they treated the leadership team here to lunch. Decent que, beans, slaw and rolls. I still have a personal favorite in town, but if I was ordering a business lunch I would consider this place as my guy doesn't deliver.

One of my favorite restaurants on earth, though I prefer the entraña (skirt steak) to the lomo (I think that's what they call the tenderloin), but if I ate there two nights in a row, I'd probably have one one night and the other the next. Provoleta, pizza, papas fritas - yum.

Whole Foods currently has Icelandic Lamb. They turned a small rack into chops, and we had them last night crusted - first with Dijon Mustard and Garlic and then breaded with a bread crumb herb coating. Heaven on a plate and dinner took like 10 minutes tops.

Last night, we went out to a local restaurant and tried their all-you-can eat lobster Wednesday for $49.99. It comes with a cup of New England Clam Chowder, about 10 roasted red potatoes, small amount of Ziti in an alfredo sauce, small piece of corn-on-the-cob, and homemade garlic rolls. My wife surprised me as she eats so much like a bird that a 1/2 whopper JR filled her up earlier in the day, by eating 3 whole lobsters. My mom had the same, and I ended up at 4. It was the first time at this restaurant and the service team was excellent as they kept the drinks filled, cleaned out the shell bowls quickly, and was ready to bring out the next one just as we finished up with the previous one. The only other AYCE lobster that I know of is in the Orlando area where it's a buffet and costs around $70/pp.

They also have an AYCE King Crab on Tuesdays for the same price that we decided we must try.
