It's sort of brunch sounding. Do you have the egg as a cholestorol thing or is it taste preference? Interesting what people eat! :) |

Meal: LUNCH!!! (the highlight of my otherwise very boring life ......) A large chicken breast joint - stuffed with stuffing (Veal, pork belly, red wine, breadcrumb, diced onion, chopped parsley, salt, garlic purée, sugar, ground coriander, black pepper, ground caraway seeds, ground fennel, preservative sodium metabisulphite - oh alright two italian sausages ....) some pan sauteed potatos brocoli brussels cauliflower and Noily Prat creamy sauce with stock, cream, butter, herbs, and dijon mustard .... .......... with a bottle of Chateau Freybernat (half price). Now for a doze .....:) |

Location: St Petersburg-in-the-Fens Meal: Lunch Pizza with n'duja sausage, rocket, pesto, torn mozzarella and three shedloads of chilli. AKA Calabrese. Mmm. |
It's part of a new diet I am doing. Eat that 3 days a week. Lots of salad and high protein meals with limited starch. My total cholesterol is 166 so not something I am worrying about but want to keep it that way. I do mix in the 1 whole egg into the egg whites for texture/taste/color. Living in NYC and being a freelancer I don't eat breakfast until 10:00 anyways so brunch it sort of is...minus the booze.
