Interesting breakies!

Is that a "what's in the fridge" breakfast or is it something you buy purposefully for breakfast and eat regularly? It's sort of brunch sounding. Do you have the egg as a cholestorol thing or is it taste preference?

Interesting what people eat! :)

It's part of a new diet I am doing. Eat that 3 days a week. Lots of salad and high protein meals with limited starch. My total cholesterol is 166 so not something I am worrying about but want to keep it that way. I do mix in the 1 whole egg into the egg whites for texture/taste/color. Living in NYC and being a freelancer I don't eat breakfast until 10:00 anyways so brunch it sort of is...minus the booze.
