Sorry...I couldn't resist... :p

Ha, ha. :D

And for me today? It's 11:30am, I just woke up, so too early to tell what's on the menu (besides FT).

I stopped at Wegmans and bought some carryout: garlic eggplant, a tofu dish with a nice gravy, mixed veggies and curried cauliflower. My first visit to Wegmans.

My days have been starting with a more balanced and supposedly healthy Kelloggs cereal (Sustain) but it's not particularly tasty.

Time for a sub... but something tastier - maybe nuttier. :)

Leftover lamb dinner looks like lunch at this stage.

(On a happier note, I made up some way with my sangiovese and shiraz deficit ;))

Brk: Oatmeal with raisins
Lun: Salad with grilled chicken

Tomorrwow, I'll be travelling and I predict I'll have:

Brk: Grande Drip with Cream plus a Breakfast Burrito (egg/cheese/potato)
Lun: Hard to say but likely a sandwich
Din: Japanese Bento Box (sushi, soup, salad, tempura, teriakyi chicken/rice)

.......hmmm....I'm getting hungry all of a sudden. ;)

No breakfast today, but had an early lunch: Mexican Combo#3 takeout.
Shortribs (my new fave) for dinner with rosemary red potatoes, green salad.

Tomorrow late breakfast will be ham omelette, maybe some red potato home fries, for dinner garlic, butter and parmesan angelhair pasta with fresh basil, and garlic bread. Maybe I'll drive over to the Killer Tomato organic place and add some tomato slices with oil and vinegar and oregano.

I'm growing herbs these days. So far just basil, mint, Italian parsley, cilantro, rosemary and oregano. Yum.

I am actually home today and had time to cook. :D

Breakfast: sauteed spinach, garlic, onions, and mushrooms with egg whites and fat free shredded hash browns (browned in cooking spray)

snaked on fruit and veggies and hummus all day

Dinner: I am making home made chicken fajitas, Spanish rice, and black beans. I am also having some chilled J Pinot Gris with dinner...yum! :D
