I guess you must have got a huge VDB voucher personally delivered by Richard Anderson on a trip to help Lady Gaga's dolphin to give birth while she had elective surgery on a body part?

the actual N639DL was taken out of service about two years ago and placed in storage

I have two-segment DL flight coming up.

The first segment is on a CR7 CRJ, the second on a two-class plane. If I buy the upgrade now for the second segment, will I get a first class baggage allowance for free? Is that two bags, if so?

I have no DL status, just AS MVP (which no longer gets any free baggage allowance).

Thanks!

I'd think that the purchase of the upgrade would entitle you to the F bag allowance ... it's based on the fare for the complete trip AAA-BBB-CCC, and if AAA-BBB was in fact operated with a two-cabin jet you would be up front

DeltaAssist on Twitter assured me that I would get F baggage allowance even though the upgrade confirmation email receipt says otherwise.

I'm quite fun.
