I was on that one too. Pressure valve or something. I thought the gate agents did a good job of finding solutions for people when we went back to the gate. Good thing too because a guy sitting near me was on hold nearly the entire length of the delay to try and get rebooked. Eventually he was able to do it via the airport staff. A lot of people missed connections due to that delay.
Edited to add I was on DL2015 not 900.

What the heck is going on with them? This is over a year after the pandemic. The CEO and his executive team should all be fired. This is inexcusable on so many levels.

Dont worry, we will see Ed Bastian bragging about his so called high satisfaction scores on CNBC, CBS, or CNN next week and talking about how they deserve a premium to fly with.

BOS - JFK delayed. Worried about yet another misconnect this weekend. DM line quotes 2hr 20 min wait. Had some very direct conversations with the GA and the dragon at the Sky Club. Hopefully we will be OK.

Tried calling twice Thursday first time, there was no option for a call back.
second time, there was a 9 hour 58 minute call back
Saturday, i got through and asked to speak to a supervisor, i told her that these repeated lengthy hold times are unacceptable and intolerable. She apologized, but claimed not to know about the phone delays and would look in to it. I find that very hard to believe! Perhaps thats the company line that theyve been told to express when faced with complaints.
