Tried calling twice Thursday …first time, there was no option for a call back.
second time, there was a 9 hour 58 minute call back
Saturday, i got through and asked to speak to a supervisor, i told her that these repeated lengthy hold times are unacceptable and intolerable. She apologized, but claimed not to know about the phone delays and would look in to it. I find that very hard to believe! Perhaps that’s the company line that they’ve been told to express when faced with complaints.
