There are other issues aside from cancellations. Think back on all the times you have needed to talk to an agent over the years.

Looks like its working for me know on the West Coast. It was an award ticket and the miles redeposit and refund went off without a hitch.

I booked a flight over the phone this morning because delta.com kept giving an error message.
This afternoon the itinerary is no longer in My Trips. I called and was told it had been voided. Just rebooked it, thankfully same pricing. Hopefully it sticks.

Been trying to change my flight next week, couldn't do it online so i called... 4 hour wait, now when i call back to check in on how much longer and they cannot connect... ohh boy!

App is also down as I’m watching all the seats open up for my flight to EZE next week. Was able to book a flt to DXB for April last night online.

Got off the phone with the PM line and was told systems are down and cannot help with Skymiles or reservations and to call back later.

DM line was able to call help desk to process my SDC today. Can't book new flights - app and website still down. Maybe DL IT caught corona virus?

Adding two of my own data points -
- Seat maps for new bookings seem to be back up on the website. They weren't available about an hour ago.
- ~30 min. ago, I got an error message trying to check in for tomorrow's flight on the app. That trip now shows me checked in on the website and I was able to get my mobile boarding pass, add a bag, etc., as normal.
