I would like to see them implement some type of system that would give me mileage credit for the flights I take without requiring me to beg.

Or at least MM DMs.

No, I'm being sincere. I've flown UC 5 times, I think only once on a daytime. I was actually a little disappointed the bar scene was kind of dead.
I mean leaving SFO at 5:30 one would expect a very happy hour and instead...

Change fees should count towards your MQD.

Please. Some kind of electrolyte drink would be heavenly.

Agreed. I've seen maybe one person at it, at a time. Most eat and goto sleep.

Really? I've done Virgin Atlantic four times (ATL-MAN, MAN-ATL, LAX-LHR, and LHR-DTW). The bar never got much use by passengers on those flights. It seemed more of a crew staging area for meal and drink service. I think I raided the bar snacks to grab chocolates for family back home a few times, but that was about it. I've heard, however, the Las Vegas flight is the Virgin party flight.

If United can do mattress pads surely Delta can as well. Even if it's (stupidly) like the pajamas and only on select Asian flights.

That brings up another complaint.

Why can't Delta standardize its business-class Delta One experience and amenities? It is so inconsistent. On some routes you get food from a celebrity chef while on the other routes you just get airport catering. On other routes you get pajamas. On other routes you get slippers. On other routes there are pajamas. For the price of these tickets, it should be standardized.

If you can maintain this level of excellence and deliver time and time again count me in as my airline of choice.....including your stock!!!!!!

Mattress pads, being able to order from your seat electronically, 24 hour sdc calendar, free wifi, club to plane access probably not doable but some airlines you can and it is nice, better boarding procedures, I like the new American system they do not board families first and the number system is easy for people to follow
