Yes please ^ although probably not sufficiently wide appeal for them to stock it.

Of course we all have our crazy fantasies for over the top food service etc., but there are a couple basic things I'd really like to see that shouldn't be completely cost- or implementation-prohibitive.

1. Mattress pads in D1
2. Serve meals on all FC flights over 900 miles, or more realistically at least get rid of the afternoon no-meal gap.

I bought a bottle of the 16 year at the Norwich duty-free store for 29GBP. Pretty sure I scored a good deal.

Fix/upgrade the internet access on the fleet that fly between West Coast and Asia. Internet has been so incredibly unreliable...

Get some A321 or B737 and bring back some intra-Asia flights.. or at least do more codeshare to replace NRT-TPE, NRT-KIX, and other cancelled flights.

I'm flying to TPE soon via NRT and the NRT-TPE/TPE-NRT flights are Delta codeshares on CI. Unfortunately, I don't think any similar codeshare exists for NRT-KIX.

Giving it away to those that are most willing to pay for seems like a silly business plan. I wouldn't disagree for D1 multi-thousand airfares BUT the same principle still applies, they are most willing to pay for it.

I'm no scotch connoisseur, but they now offer Macallan 12 on all D1 flights.

I have yet to actually see it in onboard any Delta flight. I'm flying SEA-AMS next week in Delta One - will look for it.

Peaty scotches are too edgy. I like them at times, but not all the time. A good 12+ yo blended, or a Speyside would have more general appeal. In fact, why necessarily a Scotch ? Hibiki 12 is pretty good; they could serve it at least on TPAC.

If DL has now introduced J suites, why not a J bar ? If VS can do it...

+1 for the mattress in D1. A very nice touch, IMO.

No bars please. That thing means that every VS flight is a party flight. Even redeyes.

Make Memphis a significant hub again. I miss having a less frantic connection option from here.

Require the gate agents in Atlanta to spend 2 hours a week in customer service training.

Yeah.

If they didn't have the supreme power to deny boarding, I would have had choice words on several occasions.

Not ATL, but I had such a bad interaction at another station recently that I had to send in a complaint. I'm a calm, kind person, but this GA went too far.

That's how this gets fixed guys. Calling the bad apples out whenever they appear, while simultaneously sending in compliments about good employees.
