I wonder if this means Skybonus thresholds will be raised too.

Shouldn't you be complaining to the person who quoted my post while suggesting that I delete it?

ADDED: Now it seems to have totally disappeared unless I'm missing something.

Yes, the Chase Mileage Plus credit card has the same $25,000 waiver -- with the exception that the waiver DOES NOT apply to United's highest status tier
(commonly called 1K's).

This was the SOLE change United made when they copied Delta's MQD scheme.
Don't know why they did that except, "United hates their 1K's".

Why wouldn't I be willing to delete? You did ask nicely.

If I ask nicely, can I borrow your credit card?

LOL! I talked direct to head Delta PR person and was told more info tomorrow. No comment today. They would NOT confirm or deny Brian's info. We must stand by.

*BTW I did NOT, as I sometimes get, info that is "embargoed" that is I get inside info but can not post till some time later on. This time I am in the blind too!

No, and you probably can't grab my seat either unless you offer something better in exchange. BTW, are law enforcement people supposed to ask others for credit cards?

That change would, I expect, gut the DM ranks. If they are going to stick to the MQD route, dedicated mileage runners can put up with the perks of PM if there are fewer DMs.

Well, I may be a little hard pressed to make the 2nd threshold on my new-ish DL Amex business card before Dec 31 . . . . .

Any idears???
